  • From thawed: Place steak in a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cook on medium heat for approximately 8:00 to 9:00 minutes turning it halfway to ensure even cooking. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165° F.

Grill:

  • From thawed: Place steaks on the grill. Cook for approximately 13:00 to 14:00 minutes turning it over halfway to ensure even cooking. Cook until desired doneness or an internal temp reaches 165° F.
