Oven:
- From thawed: Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350° F for approximately 12:00 to 15:00 minutes turning over halfway to ensure even cooking or until the internal temp reaches 165° F.
Skillet:
- From thawed: Place steak in a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cook on medium heat for approximately 12:00 to 14:00 minutes turning over halfway to ensure even cooking or until the internal temp reaches 165° F.
Grill:
- From thawed: Place steaks on the grill. Cook for approximately 12:00 to 13:00 minutes turning over halfway to ensure even cooking. Steak needs to cook until desired doneness or an internal temp reaches 165° F.

Price was great. Taste was great too. I think even better than the ribeyes. Only complaint is that most of them only had meat on one side of the bone, the strip side. The other side there was no filet.
