Oven: 

  • From thawed: Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350° F for approximately 12:00 to 15:00 minutes turning your Beef Tips halfway to ensure even cooking. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165° F.

Skillet:

  • From thawed: Heat skillet over medium high heat adding a small amount of cooking oil or non-stick spray. Cook for approximately 10:00 minutes turning your Beef Tips halfway to ensure even cooking. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165° F.
