Oven: 

  • From thawed: Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350° F for approximately 12:00 to 15:00 minutes turning over halfway to ensure even cooking. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165° F.

Skillet:

  • From thawed: Place pork chop in a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cook on medium heat for approximately 8:00 to 9:00 minutes turning it halfway to ensure even cooking. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165° F.

Grill:

  • From thawed: Place pork chop on the grill. Cook for approximately 15:00 to 16:00 minutes turning over halfway to ensure even cooking. Cook until desired doneness or internal temp reaches 165° F.
