Stove Pot:

  • From thawed: In cast iron skillet (or other pan) heat about an inch deep of cooking oil to approximately 350°-375° F. Place fritter in hot oil and cook on each side for approximately 2:00 minutes (4:00 to 5:00 minutes total). Pull fritter from oil and check temp. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165° F.
