Skillet:

  • From thawed: Place tenderloin in a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cook on medium heat for approximately 8:00 to 9:00 minutes turning it halfway to ensure even cooking. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165° F.

Grill:

  • From thawed: Place tenderloins on the grill. Cook for approximately 10:00 to 12:00 minutes turning over halfway to ensure even cooking. Cook to desired doneness or the internal temp reaches 165° F.
