Oven:

- From thawed: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive or canola oil. Place chicken in a skillet and fry for approximately 3:00 to 4:00 minutes, until it losses its pink color and is slightly browned on both sides. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165° F using a meat thermometer
Flat Top Grill:
- From thawed: Brush the griddle with oil and heat on medium-high. Cook for approximately 4:00 to 8:00 minutes turning over halfway through. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165° F using a meat thermometer.
