Oven: 

  • From thawed: Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350° F for approximately 12:00 to 15:00 minutes, turning your steak halfway to ensure even cooking.  Cook until the internal temp reaches 165° F.

Skillet:

  • From thawed: Place steak in a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cook on medium heat for approximately 8:30 to 9:30 minutes turning your steak halfway to ensure even cooking. Cook until the internal temp reaches 165° F.

Grill:

  • From thawed: Place steaks on the grill. Cook for approximately 14:00 to 15:00 minutes turning your steak halfway to ensure even cooking. Steak needs to cook until desired doneness or reaches an internal temp of 165° F.
