Oven: 

  • From thawed: Preheat oven to 375° F. Spread product evenly on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Cook for approximately 11:30 to 12:00 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.
  • From frozen: Preheat oven to 375° F. Spread product evenly on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Cook for approximately 13:00 to 15:00 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.

Microwave:

  • From thawed: Place a 4-5oz portion on a microwave safe dish in the microwave, cover with a dampened paper towel and cook product for approximately 1:30 to 1:45 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.
  • From frozen: Place a 4-5oz portion on a microwave safe dish in the microwave, cover with a dampened paper towel and cook product for approximately 2:00 to 2:30 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.

Skillet:

  • From thawed: Heat skillet over medium-high heat adding a small amount of cooking oil or non-stick spray. Place a 4-5oz portion in the skillet and cook for approximately 10:00 minutes turning a couple of times to ensure even cooking. Cook until internal temp reaches 145° F.
  • From frozen: Heat skillet over medium high heat adding a small amount of cooking oil or non-stick spray. Place a 4-5oz portion in the skillet and cook for approximately 11:30 to 12:00 minutes turning a couple of times to ensure even cooking. Cook until internal temp reaches 145° F.
