Oven: 

  • From thawed: Preheat oven to 375° F.  Spread product evenly on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.  Cook for approximately 8:30 to 9 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.
  • From frozen: Preheat oven to 375° F.  Spread product evenly on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.  Cook for approximately 13 to 15 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.

Microwave:

  • From thawed: Place a single portion on a microwave safe dish in the microwave.  Cook product for approximately 1:30 – 1:45 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.
  • From frozen: Place a single portion on a microwave safe dish in the microwave. Cook product for approximately 2:00 -2:30 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.

Skillet:

  • From thawed: Heat skillet over medium-high heat adding a small amount of oil or spray. Cook for about 6 to 6:30 minutes turning half way through to insure even cooking. Cook until internal temp reaches 145 F.
  • Frozen- Heat skillet over medium high heat adding a small amount of oil or spray.  Cook for about 9:00-10:00 minutes turning it half way to insure even cooking. Cook until internal temp reaches 145° F.
