One box had only 1 instead of 2 pkgs of burnt ends. I had to drive all the way back over to pick up a replacement box, which was a full box. The extra meat was nice, but that mistake should never happen.

Wanda, sorry for your inconvenience, but happy they were able to resolve quickly and you got some extra burnt ends out of it. We repacked these items into smaller cases for ecommerce sales and one must have just gotten by with 1 package rather than 2. We appreciate your business.

We bought these to try out in our food truck. We sold out in 2 hours, everyone loved it. Ended making a quick run up to Owasso to buy 3 more cases for the rest of the event! These are absolutely the best brisket we have ever tried. Tender, juicy, full of flavor!!

Great taste and tender.

This brisket tastes great as it is, but if you add a little more of your favorite BBQ sauce (Head Country, etc.), it’s just as good as what you get at a BBQ place at 2/3 the price. This is my new go to.

Didnt really need any BBQ sauce

The precooked burnt ends are very flavorful and there is very little fat. One half of the case, 2.5 pounds, was enough to feed our family of four with some leftover. Although I enjoy smoking meats myself, there is good value in this precooked product when I don’t feel like spending a day with the smoker. Recommended!
