5 lbs. per case – 2/2.5 lb. bags

Oven: 

  • From thawed: Preheat oven to 375° F. Spread product evenly on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Cook for approximately 9:00 to 10:00 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.
  • From frozen: Preheat oven to 375° F. Spread product evenly on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Cook for approximately 13:00 to 15:00 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.

Microwave:

  • From thawed: Place 3-4oz portion on a microwave safe dish in the microwave, cover with a dampened paper towel and cook product for approximately :45 to :55 seconds or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.
  • From frozen: Place 3-4oz portion on a microwave safe dish in the microwave, cover with a dampened paper towel and cook product for approximately 1:30 to 2:00 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.

Skillet:

  • From thawed: Heat skillet over medium-high heat adding a small amount of cooking oil or non-stick spray.  Add 4-5oz portion and cook for approximately 6:30 to 7:00 minutes turning half way through to insure even cooking. Cook until internal temp reaches 145 F.
  • From frozen- Heat skillet over medium high heat adding a small amount of cooking oil or non-stick spray.   Add 4-5oz portion and cook for approximately 9:00 to 10:00 minutes turning it half way to insure even cooking. Cook until internal temp reaches 145° F.
