Two 5 lb. bags

Oven: 

  • From thawed: Preheat oven to 375° F. Spread product evenly on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Cook for approximately 8:30 to 9:00 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.
  • From frozen: Preheat oven to 375° F. Spread product evenly on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Cook for approximately 13:00 to 15:00 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.

Microwave:

  • From thawed: Place a single portion about 4-5oz on a microwave-safe dish in the microwave, cover with a damped paper towel and cook product for approximately 1:30 to 1:45 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.
  • From frozen: Place a single portion about 4-5oz on a microwave-safe dish in the microwave, cover with a damped paper towel and cook product for approximately 2:00 to 2:30 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 145° F.

Skillet:

  • From thawed: Heat skillet over medium-high heat adding a small amount of oil or spray. Place a single portion about 4-5oz and cook for approximately 6:00 to 6:30 minutes turning halfway through to ensure even cooking. Cook until internal temp reaches 145° F.
  • From frozen: Heat skillet over medium-high heat adding a small amount of oil or spray. Place a single portion about 4-5oz and cook for approximately 11:30 to 12:00 minutes turning it halfway to ensure even cooking. Cook until internal temp reaches 145° F.
