Vacuum sealed flat packs

Oven: 

  • From thawed: Preheat oven to 350° F. Line baking sheet with foil and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Cook for approximately 12:00 to 14:00 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 165° F.

Skillet:

  • From thawed: Heat skillet over medium-high heat adding a small amount of cooking oil or non-stick spray. Cook Chicken approximately 12:00 to 13:00 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165° F.

Grill:

  • From thawed: Place Breast on the grill. Cook for approximately 14:00 to 15:00 minutes turning over halfway through and cook until your breast reaches an internal temp of 165° F.
