We’ve cut steaks for more than 35 years. We also prepare fully cooked poultry, fully cooked beef, and pizza toppings here. Our culinary staff uses the science of spice and flavor combinations to meet your custom needs, while also being the home to many off-the-shelf products.

The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety is a product and process certification known for compliance to industry best practices. BRC certification is an internationally recognized mark of food safety and quality. Certification is achieved by undertaking a third-party audit against Standard requirements by an accredited certification body (CB). BRC rates CBs on their technical performance and efficiency in customer service.

Our 80 year history in the Lone Star state means we deliver the best for southern style menus. Choose from standard breading profiles and breading profile matching capabilities for pork and beef as well as a variety of frozen beef patties. Quality and consistency ensure you satisfy customers with every bite.
SQF Certified
The SQF food safety certification program is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) recognized scheme applicable to supply chain sectors from primary production through retail. The program is maintained and owned by the Food Marketing Institute (FMI), a trade association of food retailers. Farming operations, food and packaging manufacturers, storage and distribution operations, and retailers are eligible for certification. Currently, approximately 7,000 sites in North America alone are SQF certified.
Supply chain operations are certified against a set of food safety management system requirements which are published in the SQF Code. The Code is now in its 8th edition with audits using the new standards beginning January 2, 2018.
