Corned Beef Cooking Instructions

  • Keep corned beef in the sealed bag it comes in

  • Place the bag in a shallow pan uncovered with just a little bit of water in the bottom of the pan to keep the bag from sticking

  • Bake at 225 degrees for 7 to 8 hours.

  • Cook low and slow for maximum tenderness and juiciness.

  • Make sure to cook to internal temperature of 185 to 195 degrees.
